All our Checks are done with the Consent of the candidate/individual and the results are secured in a secure POPI Compliant Cloud Based Vault. All FIC and FATF Guidelines are applied when doing checks. At Prosidium we design a Package that is best suited for our clients needs and we believe in treating each candidate with Dignity and Respect.

We use state-of-the-art technology to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our results. Our cloud-based Trusted Vault is a secure and efficient way to conduct background checks. It is an API Plug In system that allows for multiple users. It can be used by HR teams to conduct their own checks in-house. A Risk Report is
Generated, and notes and documents can be added. The Vault is Document Based Solution that allows the designated users to once checks have been done, add notes and Documents securely no need to run around looking for Documents. Training is provided when users are created and there is a full audit trail. The Vault can be rented monthly from us. From a HR Perspective it streamlines the onboarding process results come back to the user and can be forwarded to management for review .and an informed decision
can be made. As the Vault allows for multiple users (Country Wide) if a user is off sick or on leave another dedicated user can assess the Vault and forward the requested information as required. Please feel free to contact us regarding the benefits of using the Vault. Training and a AFIS SIWTCH Biometric Device would be required if Criminal Checks are to be done.
